FOREST INSTALLATION: GRIZEDALE

 

 

 

Location: Grizedale, Cumbria

A three meters high curtain was installed in the forest inviting the passers-by to explore it. It was made up of brackens and acer to add a domestic element to the concept.

The leaves were tied together one by one by rafia and they bring a playfullness to the work and defines Silva's attitude to gardening and nature.
